- Every project card now shows an extra row of buttons — Rename, Links, Delete. Click Edit again any time to turn it off.

Renaming only changes the display name — it doesn't touch any of the project's files or links.

- Type the new name and save. It updates everywhere immediately, including on the map.

- 1Choose whether it belongs in Latest (newest/current) or Archives (older, superseded).
- 2Give it a short, clear label, and paste the full URL — make sure it starts with

- With Edit Mode on, click 🔀 Links on the project card — every link you've added shows up here.
- 1Click ✏️ to rename a link, or use the folder dropdown next to it to move it between Latest and Archives.
- 2Click 🗑 to permanently remove a link. There's no undo, so double check before confirming.

Deleting & Restoring a Project
Deleting a project hides it from the main view but doesn't erase it — it moves to a "Deleted Projects" drawer at the bottom of the page, so mistakes are easy to undo.

- 1With Edit Mode on, click 🗑 Delete and confirm. The project disappears from the main grid.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and open the Deleted Projects drawer to see everything that's been removed.
- Click ↩ Restore on any deleted project to bring it back exactly as it was.

- Click + New Project at the top of the Southern Utah or Coco Palms tab.
- 1Fill in the name (required) — description and status are optional. You can add its first "Latest" link right there too.
- 2Click Save Project — it appears in the grid immediately, and shows up in search right away.

Positioning & Removing a Pin on the Map
When you add a new project (Step 09), a pin is automatically dropped near the center of the map so it's never missing — but it almost certainly isn't in the exact spot yet. Here's how to move it, or remove it entirely if a project doesn't need a pin.

Edit mode ON — drag any pin to reposition it, or click the red × to remove it. Click Done Editing when finished.
- Add the project first (Step 09) — its pin shows up automatically near the middle of the map.
- 1Click Edit Pins above the map. The button turns green and the hint bar confirms edit mode is on.
- 2Click and drag any pin to reposition it — it saves that position automatically. A small red × also appears on every pin — click it to remove just that pin (with a confirmation first). This does not delete the project itself, only its location marker on the map.
- Southern Utah and Coco Palms have their own separate Edit Pins buttons above their own maps — use the one on the tab you're working in.
- This works the same for every pin — whether it's one of the map's original pins or one you added yourself through "+ New Project."
- Shortcut: right-click (or tap-and-hold on mobile) any pin — any time, without turning on Edit Pins first — for a quick menu: Rename (updates both the pin label and the project card together), Delete Pin Only, or Delete Pin & Card.
- After deleting a pin or a project, a small bar appears at the bottom of the screen with an Undo button for about 7 seconds — click it to instantly put the pin or project back exactly as it was.
- Click Done Editing when you're finished so pins stop being draggable by accident.
